Trail of the Coeur D'Alenes

This weekend we took time out from yard work and all the other mundane responsibilities of being homeowners and we took our bikes to the Trail of the Coeur D'Alenes. So worth the trip. It is a beautiful 73 mile long paved trail. The best part about it, is that it is mostly flat and the scenery is breath taking. We wish we could have gone farther, but you have to travel back the same distance. All in all we figured we did about 20 miles. We packed a picnic and enjoyed our lunch along the trail. Conor rode at least 10 miles of the trek and was unstoppable and Josie was an excellent passenger. We will definitely be returning.

You guys are so fabulous to bike together as a family. My kids would probably make it 10 feet and be finished. Well, I'd probably make it 10 feet and be finished too.

That looks awesome - see that scenery is not in Utah! How fun - I still remeber taking the training wheels off Conors bike!
