Piano Lessons
A few months back when Janet came to visit she taught Conor to play Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater-ever since then he has been wanting to "really" learn to play. I finally got my act together and Christmas over with and we have started some lessons. I can tell that he really really wants to learn because of how patient he is being. When he get's frustrated because I make him do something again he doesn't walk away, he keeps plugging along. We have had our share of angry moments and I know there will be many more, but for now he wants it bad enough to get through it. I honestly wasn't sure how long the excitement of it would keep him going but we are almost through his 1st set of books and he is looking forward to the next.

Conor - I am so proud of you! I can't wait to skype you again and hear your latest masterpiece on the piano. You look very handsome working so hard in the pictures!
That is great! I can't believe you are brave enough to teach him. Carter and I would just fight. He started lessons from my neighbor a couple of weeks ago. We'll see if it sticks!
You are the teacher? Good for you! I am sure that he is amazing!!
