Conor participated in the Kootenai Health kids triathlon a few weekends back. This is a great kids tri that Kootenai health puts together. They make it really authentic and they have tons of volunteers and great support. The only bad part is that since Conor is in the oldest group, we had to wait a long time before he got to race. Once he got out there, he did amazing! what a fun way to spend the day.
